Visafly accepts passports and other documents for visa processing under these terms and conditions. Any variations must be approved and signed for by a member of our senior management team.
We make every effort to process applications and obtain visas according to our clients’ requests but cannot be held responsible for the actions and decisions made by the embassy/consulate/other relevant authority, such as visa refusals or delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personal information has been filled out accurately, that accompanying documents are valid and that the issued visa matches their requirements. Visafly reserves the right to refuse an application without giving reason.
Full payment must be made by the customer before a visa application can be submitted for processing. We reserve the right to retain passports and documents until payment is received.
Should consular fees and rules change after a visa application has been made, the customer is responsible for meeting the new charges.
Visafly takes great care in returning customer passports and documents but we cannot be held responsible for damage, delays or loss caused by third party postal or courier services.
